LSO is a regional parcel delivery company headquartered in Austin, Texas, with over 25 years of experience. Specializing in fast, reliable, and flexible shipping solutions, LSO serves the southern United States, covering 100% of Texas and significant portions of Oklahoma, Louisiana, Missouri, and Arkansas. With a network of 27 locations and a commitment to exceptional customer service, LSO combines courier speed, carrier discipline, and partnership-level support to deliver affordable and efficient parcel solutions tailored to businesses and individuals.
My Role
As the designer for LSO’s branding identity, my role was to reimagine and modernize the company’s visual identity to align with its evolving business goals and market positioning. I led the creation of a cohesive design system, including the logo, color palette, typography, and visual assets, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints. Additionally, I focused on enhancing the brand’s professional image to build trust with clients and improve brand recognition in a competitive logistics market.









Results
The rebranding of LSO led to a 30% increase in brand recognition and significantly improved client trust and engagement. The updated visual identity enhanced LSO’s competitive edge, helping the company solidify its reputation as a reliable and professional logistics provider in the southern United States.
